ASEAN Millets Festival 2023: A Memorable Platform for Taru Naturals


The ASEAN Millets Festival held in Jakarta in 2023 was a resounding success, thanks to the meticulous organization by the @indianmissiontoasean. Taru Naturals participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing the potential of millets in sustainable agriculture. We are deeply grateful to the Government of India and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for their unwavering support, providing a global platform for startups like ours to thrive.



Culinary Delights: Taru Naturals x St. Regis - Mumbai Millet Brunch


Taru Naturals collaborated with St. Regis Mumbai to present a Millet-themed brunch, curated by Chef Paul and his team. The event showcased the versatility and richness of millets, offering an array of tantalizing dishes crafted from these nutritious grains. Stay tuned for more culinary delights as we continue to innovate with millets.


Promoting Nutritional Awareness: Participation in the Eat Right Millets Mela


Taru Naturals participated in the Eat Right Millets Mela, spreading awareness about the nutritional benefits of millets. Our live Millet Khichdi Counter, in collaboration with @tajlandsend, showcased the ease of incorporating millets into daily diets, sparking meaningful conversations about holistic well-being.


Global Culinary Delights: Taru Naturals at the SCO Millet Food Festival

We're thrilled to share that Taru Naturals' millets have taken center stage at the SCO Millet Food Festival, hosted at Shamiana, Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai. Paying homage to the UN International Year of Millets, this festival features a curated selection of dishes by 10 chefs from 5 member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. From India's Hyderabadi Barley Millet Mutton Haleem to Kyrgyzstan's Lamb Shorpo with Millet, each delicacy promises to tantalize your taste buds with flavors from around the world. Taru Naturals is proud to contribute to this celebration of global culinary diversity, showcasing the versatility and richness of millets on an international platform.


Empowering Women Farmers at the G20 Summit

At the G20 Summit, Taru Naturals had the honor of meeting Lahri Bai, a symbol of resilience and dedication among India's millet women farmers. Lahri Bai's inspiring journey exemplifies the spirit of rural India, showcasing her commitment to preserving ancient grains and fostering a diverse ecosystem on her small-scale farm. Alongside

this, Taru Naturals participated in the G20 Spouses Summit, representing India proudly and highlighting our dedication to millets diversity and sustainable agriculture on a global stage. These events underscore the crucial role of women in agriculture and emphasize the significance of their contributions to building a sustainable future. Taru Naturals remains steadfast in our support for women farmers, ensuring their voices are heard and their efforts recognized worldwide.
