Soak flowers overnight. Have on empty stomach. At
night, add flowers to boiling water and make hot tea. Let it brew for
3 mins. Sip slowly. Tea for in between meals. Should be taken
without milk or cream. Add honey to lukewarm tea or Jaggery for
taste. Add rose petals in milkshakes or thandai. Can also be used in
soaps, bath salts, essential oils and face masks.
