Grown & processed by a group of small scale farmers in remote, pristine Upper Himalayas, Himachal Pradesh.
 

Apple Cider Vineager is a probiotic miracle traditional medicinal elixir to fix gut health. Consume apple cider vineager 30 minutes before every meal. 1 tsp before every meal is the dosage to maintain gut health. Used in salad dressings, arinades, vinaigrettes, food preservatives, and chutneys. As a tonic, 1-2 tbs with a glass of water (honey optional). Better on empty stomach.

Chop fresh turmeric and ginger. Add some rock salt and apple cider vinegar. Optionally, add green chilli and crushed mustard seeds.

Fruity Flavour. Contains, anti-infective, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Aids weight loss, reduces cholesterol, lowers blood sugar levels, and improves the symptoms of diabetes. Helps to control cardiovascular ailments, anti-tumor properties, anti-glycemic effect & helps reduce blood sugar. (Johnston et. al, 2006)

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar.  Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
