Assam Bibari Black Pepper

Sourced from Bibari's womens farmers group. Every year Bibari's womens farmers group produces 30 kg black pepper in their home kitchen backyards. Pepper harvest is collected in January, when it is naturally ripened on the vines of pepper. Thereafter, greenish black pepper in its raw form is shade dried. Black Pepper is manually cleaned by the women's group.
Before black pepper, the women's farmer group bought an auto and made their income through auto rides for 10 years. Now they sell black pepper, joha rice, bora saul rice and black rice to Taru to support their families.
Bibari has two children. Her husband Manoj Da along with her runs a grocery shop, poultery farm & a piggery in their backyard. Bibari is a super woman.
Grown, Picked and Packed by Bibari's women farmer group carefully. Pepper is washed, cleaned and sun dried to ensure quality. Pepper is of highest quality.
Tasty seasoning for cooked & boiled vegetables, pasta, noodles, spaghetti, bakes, soups, rasam, dals, to add spice to sprouts, salads, chaat & curd raita, . It also complements and adds health benefits to other seasonings, including turmeric, cardamom, cumin, garlic, and lemon zest. It adds to the bio-availability to body, of turmeric. Boil in oil for hair growth and other external remedies.
Black Pepper Sauce:
Ingredients – 5 tbsp tomato sauce, 200 ml black vinegar, 10 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 5 tbsp oil, 200 grams black pepper.
Steps – Grind black pepper corns coarsely till medium fine. Then in pan slow toast black pepper till fragrant. Heat up oil in pan & add all ingredients. Stir in low heat for 3 minute. Once sauce is cool can keep in refrigerator up to a month.Contains minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus,
sodium, & vitamins like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, & vitamin B6, (USDA National Nutrient Database). Aids in weight loss. Helps with sinus, asthma, nasal congestion. Reduces the risk of cancer, heart, liver ailments. Important for blood circulation. Anti-inflammatory,
