Recipe For Sweet Rice Dessert: Wash & Soak Ambemohar Rice
overnight or 4 to 8 hours. Then boil for about 10-15 minutes. Add fresh
Coconut, Jaggery, Cardamom powder and 1 tsp Ghee. Mix & Serve.

Rich in vitamins & minerals. Reduces cholesterol. Helps regulate blood
pressure. High soluble fibre. (Nadiger et.al. 2015) . Low sodium.

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar.  Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
