Mix 1/4 tsp in hot water/milk/vegan milk. Can add jaggery, brown sugar or honey (only when lukewarm or cool) for extra sweetness. For best results, replace as a health drink instead of tea & coffee. Can be used directly to add to foods, desserts, puddings as a vegan health ingredient & as daily immunity, 1/2 tsp can be directly consumed with a cup of hot water. As a cold drink, 1/2 to 1 tsp can be stirred in or shaken up as a frothy shake/smoothie.
