Recipe to Make Quinoa Biscuits: Mix 1 or 2 tbsp Ghee/Oil in 1 cup Quinoa flour, till it resembles Bread Crumbs. Add 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder, 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds, ½ Cup Jaggery Powder. Make a stiff Dough with Milk/Vegan Milk/Water. Roll into Rounds, Prick with a Fork. And Bake in an Oven at 180 degrees for upto 5 mins. Flip Biscuits & Bake for another 5 mins or more till done.
Quinoa Upma - Wash Quinoa & soak for 1 hour or more. Splutter
Spices - Turmeric Powder, Cumin, Onions in 1-2 tbs Ghee/Oil. Add 1 cup chopped vegetables, salt to taste & Saute 2-3 mins. Then add strained Quinoa & Saute for another 1-2 mins. Now add the same soaked water & some more salt. Boil upto 1-3 whistles in pressure cooker or 3-5 mins in covered container. Garnish with green Coriander/Herbs & Serve Hot.Antioxidant.
