Night Calming Tea - 30g

Peppermint Leaves, Kashmiri Lavendar flowers , Chamomile flowers , Tulsi, Rose petals, Thyme.

Soak flowers overnight & have on empty stomach. For instant tea, add flowers to boiling water. Let it brew for 3 mins. Sip slowly with deep breaths. Should be taken without milk or cream. Add honey to lukewarm tea or jaggery to hot tea for taste. Flowers are edible and can be consumed.

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar.  Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
