Kodo Millet Upma - Wash Kodo Millet & soak for 1 hr or more. Splutter spices, turmeric, mustard seeds, whole dried red chilli, curry leaves, soaked few chana dal, in 1-2 tbs taru desi ghee/oil. add 1 cup chopped vegetables, salt to taste & saute 2-3 mins. Then add strained Millet & saute for another 1-2 mins. Now add the same soaked water & some more salt. Boil upto 1-3 whistles in pressure cooker or 3-5 mins in covered container. Garnish with Green Coriander/Herbs & Serve Hot.
