Ideal for Indian Chapati, Breads, Mexican Tortilla & Desserts like Halwa, Ladoo, Biscuits, Sheera, Kheer, Cakes. etc.
Recipe to make Indian Chapati Flatbread :
Measure 1 cup of Emmer Wheat Flour. Add to Bowl. Add Water & Knead into Dough. Final Dough should be Medium, not too Dry, not too Wet. Take some Dough , make into a Ball size, Flatten into Circle on Flat Surface. Use Dry Flour to dab dough, continue to Flatten further with a roll-pin. Round off Corners of Chapati into a Circle. Take Round Flat Chapati & Heat on Iron Flat Tawa. Once one side is done, flip Chapati. When half cooked, take iron tongs & flip Chapati both sides on direct flame until done. Serve hot, fluffy Chapatis with Dal & Vegetable.Emmer wheat, commonly known as ‘khapli’, has curative properties for treating diabetes & cardiovascular diseases, capacity to lower blood glucose, lipid levels. Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
