Black Rice Cheela Premix

Black Rice grown in Goalpara, Assam, by Upendra Rabha’s farmer group of 100+ farmers. Upen Da revived Black Rice in his region, now growing across 650 acres. Black Rice is a ‘Mother’ variety of Heirloom rice. Harvest Manually picked, Processed by Women farmers. Black rice is Transported from Assam to Warehouse to TARU Customers.
1. Mix Premix in a bowl with spices and salt.
2. Add chopped vegetables and let rest for 20 mins.
3. Pour in pan and spread with ghee.
4. Spread, Flip, Cook and Serve.
Prepare batter with 2 cups of black rice Cheela. Mix, Salt to taste, 1 tbsp of chopped vegetables & herbs, 1 tsp of spices (optional), 1 cup fo water. For better results add half to one cup curd or butter milk. Stir well. Heat pan, grease with little oil. Spread evenly half cup of batter on pan. Cover pan till it firms & Flip. Serve.
