Ingredients -
1 cup Taru Bajra Atta
1 cup Masala (Diced Onion, chilli, coriander)
1 Glass Water
Oil
Ghee
Salt (to taste)
Method - In a vessel, boil the water. Add the masala to it. Pour some oil and mix well. To the mixture, add the bajra atta and roll it together till it reaches a thick consistency. Move it into a plate and knead it well, till smooth. Make small balls and pat them softly for a round look. Cook it on a tawa with some ghee. You can have it with green chutney, garlic chutney or just as it is! Your Bhakri is ready to eat !!!!Gluten Free. Reduces cancer risk. Enhances weight loss. Diabetic friendly. Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
