salads, crepe, cookies etc. Bhajra Khichda is a traditional baby food.Pearl millet pesarattu - Soak 100g pearl millet & 100g whole green
gram together for 5-6 hours & grind them together to batter consistency & ferment for 3-4 hours. Grind 4 red chillies, 2 green chillies, 1/2 tbsp grated ginger, salt & add to batter along with finely chopped coriander leaves. Heat tawa on medium flame & put the pesarattu. Cook on both sides and serve.Gluten Free. Reduces cancer risk. Enhances weight loss. Diabetic
friendly. Contains Proteins, Minerals, Amino acids, Magnesium and Phosphorous.Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
