VENPONGAL MIX

Ingredients

Kodo millet rice - 125g

Little millet rice - 125g

Barnyard millet rice - 125g

Foxtail millet rice - 125g

Green gram dhal -300g

Cashew nut - 100g

Curry leaves - 20g

Cumin - 30g

Pepper - 30g

Ginger - 20g

Salt - as required

Oil - as required

Method 

 Fry all the ingredients except rice with ghee.

 Cook the millet rice with three parts of water.

 Cook one part of instant pongal mix
