Ingredients

Kodo millet rice - 100 g

Little millet rice -100g

Barnyard millet rice -100g

Fox tail millet rice -100g

Green gram dhal - 200 g

Jaggery/sugar - 300 g

Cashew - 50 g

Raisins - 50 g
-
Ghee - as required
-
Cardamom - as required
Method

Boil water in a pressure cooker and dissolve jaggery in it.

Add millet rice, dhal and allow it to cook well.

Roast cashew nuts, cardamom and raisins in ghee and add to the cooked pongal.

Sweet pongal is ready to serve.
