Ingredients

  • Kodo millet flour -125g

  • Little millet flour -125 g

  • Barnyard millet flour -125g

  • Foxtail millet flour -125 g

  • Sugar - 250 g

  • Coconut milk - 250 ml

  • Salt - as required

  • Water -as required

Method

  • Steam the millet flour for five minutes.

  • Blend steamed flour with salt and water thoroughly and extrude in an idiappam machine.

  • Steam the extruded dough for 20-25 minutes

  • Serve hot with coconut milk and sugar.
